Hello.
As a user experience professional, I am passionate about designing empathetic experiences that reflect the everyday realities of my users. My experience lies at the intersection of business strategy and user needs where I have found the beauty in unearthing actionable insights from the chaos of user research and keeping humans at the center of design.
My career began at Oxford University Press where I helped to build one of the first global marketing departments and eventually managed a global team of product marketing managers. We were responsible for the lifespan of a number of digital resources, from concept to maturity. As my role continued to evolve, I found that I was most passionate about my work when I was able to make meaningful connections between the user and the product. This eventually led me to Bentley University where I obtained a masters in Human Factors in Information Design.
Today I live and work in Philadelphia as a User Experience Specialist.
